Loomis is a rural community - small, friendly, and
family focused. The Town is nestled at the base of the
Sierra Nevada foothills, located on Interstate 80 just
24 miles northeast of Sacramento. Loomis retains its
rural character and charm with an old fashioned
downtown, woodlands with natural streams, and rolling
hillsides. We are proud of our town and warmly welcome
new residents and businesses.
